Our Founder
Carrie Ann is a development strategist, cultural producer, and practicing singer-songwriter based in New York City, with over 15 years of experience in the nonprofit and intellectual and developmental disability (IDD) sector.
She is known for building inclusive arts programming that is artistically serious, ethically grounded, and financially viable.
Her work brings together artists, institutions, and communities through structured, high-quality partnerships, designing and producing programs that are both strategically sound and creatively compelling.
Carrie Ann holds a Master’s degree in International Affairs, Non Governmental Organizations, and Human Rights. She is a certified Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy (CAP®) through the American College of Financial Services. Her background also includes extensive international experience across community-based and nonprofit settings in over 15 countries, including North Africa and Egypt.
