Cultural Partnerships | Strategic Development | Event Production

Who We Are

Shagara is a development and events consulting firm focused on cultural partnerships and production.

We work with artists, organizations, and institutions to design and execute programming that is strategic, well-produced, and built for real engagement—whether that’s public-facing events, collaborative initiatives, or partnership-driven activations.

A core area of our expertise is inclusive arts programming, particularly at the intersection of the professional arts world and the intellectual and developmental disability (IDD) community. Through this work, we have developed a strong foundation in structuring collaborations that are accessible, ethically grounded, and artistically credible.

Our approach combines:

  • Development strategy (sponsorship, positioning, audience growth)

  • Event and program production (from concept through execution)

  • Partnership design (aligning artists, institutions, and communities)

Shagara operates independently, providing both consulting and production support—helping partners bring ideas to life in ways that are clear, compelling, and sustainable.
